About Us

At Metroclean we have over 10 years experience in Spain.

We are a bilingual company (Spanish: English) with an engineering and chemical background. We are focused on helping clients maintain their properties by using specific processes and techniques which protect rather than damage.

The business originated by servicing the end of construction sector largely working for the major estate agents on the Coast. Apartments, Townhouses and Villas built by constructors were invariably left unfinished in terms of cleaning and clients were often left frustrated when they were handed over expensive properties covered in cement and dust.

Cleaning within the construction sector provided us with a number of different basic skills. Not only was there a wide variety of challenges due to the different surface materials used, but also because of the wide variety of dirt and grime requiring to be cleaned!

As the business continued to develop, we invested in top of the range machines and equipment to undertake natural stone restoration and delicate fiber cleaning. We qualified in the necessary specialist cleaning courses in the UK and were able to consolidate our reputation by increasingly combine this with our ability to solve problems through engineering and science.

We are now fully dedicated to specialist cleaning and product supply which encompasses natural stone restoration, terrace cleaning and delicate rug cleaning.

The growth on the Costa del Sol is beginning to level off now in terms of the rate of growth of construction and the infrastructure is rapidly consolidating itself. Families are increasingly moving over as residents and the community is becoming more and more permanent.

The future for Metroclean is in playing an integral part of this consolidation process and by continuing to do what we say we are going to do. We have developed a solid reputation on the Coast as a specialist cleaning company and our future success depends on maintaining and growing this by carrying out our business in the best possible way.
