HTC Superfloor HTC Superfloor is a revolution in floor grinding and polishing. HTC Superfloor is a methadology in which rough cast concrete is ground down to produce a floor with a long lasting mirror finish. The process defies traditional floor grinding methods and provides significant cost savings over conventional floor finishing methods. In addition, Superfloor not only strengthens the mechanical properties of the floor but also produces a quality of finish which is unsurpased by any other floor finishing method on the market.
Superfloor
An HTC Superfloor is produced by using HTC's precision grinding machines to run through as series of scarifying, grinding and polishing diamond discs therby gradually transforming a rough cast concrete floor into an area with a highly polished surface finish. The process is ecological due to the fact that it is entirely mechanical and therefore involves no chemicals what-so-ever. Coupled with the HTC aspiration machines, a Superfloor is produced without any dust or mess.

 | Applications
The HTC Superfloor is appropriate for commercial centers, industrial warehouses, hospitals, factory spaces, and urbanisations. One HTC 650 has a production capacity of producing 140m2 of finished Superfloor per day. This compares with many traditional methods which struggle to produce 30m2 per day of a much lesser quality floor. When time is money, the HTC Superfloor will always be the winner.
HTC Superfloor vs. Tradition
The pictures below illustrate the benefits of HTC machines over traditional floor preparation and finishing methods. In comparison to traditional grinding, HTC machines are able to reach areas which are normally difficult to access such as corners and edges. In addition, there is considerable difference in the diameter of the grinding heads. The HTC 650 machine measures 65cm while the tradional machine measures only 30cm wide. This is fundamental, not just in terms of grinding speed, but in terms of the quality of work produced. The traditional machine will nearly always leave a wavy floor which becomes more and more obvious as the size of the surface area increases.
The HTC Superfloor provides considerable cost savings over the life cycle of a floor due to the elimination of expensive maintenance costs. Traditional floor finishing methods, such as resin floors, depend on regular treatment of expensive chemicals in order to maintain their shine and protection. The HTC Superfloor is produced by mechanical grinding and therefore requires minimal routine buffing with simple cleaning detergent.
A Superfloor requires little maintenance and the mirror finish is guaranteed for 2 years.
