Power Wash Service

Cleaning terraces can be a frustrating and time consuming process. When the terraces are wet they look clean but when they dry they go back to being dirty again. The dirt just seems to move from one end to the other. The Metroclean Powerwash Service is a comprehensive terrace cleaning process which completely removes dirt, cement, salt deposits and paint.

Terrace Sealing Service

Terracotta and clay tiles are very porous and can absorb grease and dirt to such an extent that they become permanently stained. Our Terrace Sealing Service involves impregnating a solvent based sealing chemical into the tiles to provide maximum protection against grease, dirt and grime. The sealant does not change the natural appearance of the stone and is particularly recommended for areas of barbecues and pot plants.

Terrace Regrout Service

When grouting is badly mixed or poorly applied, two problems can occur: water can seep under the tiles causing them to become loose or damaged; or, the grouting can flow over causing staining and difficult to remove cement deposits on the tile surface. Without proper grouting, a terrace requires constant cleaning and maintenance. Our Terrace Regrout Service involves removing all badly applied grouting and replacing it with a well mixed solid base able to last and withstand hot summers (and the occasional very wet winter!)
